How Much Exercise is Recommended?

We all know that we need to find time to exercise in order to improve energy levels, health, and even attitude. But due to the lack of time that we all have, many people wonder how much time do I need to set aside in order to receive health benefits. The recommended amount of exercise breaks down to roughly 5 days a week for 30 minutes a day at a moderate activity level. Studies have even proven that 30 minutes a day split between multiple sessions improves overall health. Basically this leaves little to no excuses for us to not workout.
