The Best Time of Day for Your Workout
All of our body's run on different internal clocks. Some of us are early risers, others are stay out all nighters, but the one thing that is the same is that we each have an optimum time for exercise. The most important thing is to attempt workouts during different times of the day in order to establish a premiere workout time. If you are not exercising at your body's proper workout time, more than likely you will not see the results that you desire.
